This is a decision granting a temporary restraining order against the city of Hazleton forbidding it from putting their “Illegal Immigration Relief Act” (IIRA) into effect.  I was part of the team that represented the Plaintiffs opposing the IIRA.  The team included the American Civil Liberties Union, the Puerto Rican Legal Defense and Education Fund, Cozen O’Connor, Community Justice Project, Barry Dyller, Esq. and  David Vaida, Esq.
