Under Pennsylvania law, you cannot sue your employer for negligence that causes you to be injured on the job. Instead, worker’s compensation provides for recovery for work related injuries and accidents through a complex set of laws.
If you have been injured at work, you need to report the injury to your employer as soon as possible. If you have difficulty getting treatment, having your treatment paid for by the employer, or getting compensation for your time off, contact an attorney.
