This is a decision declaring the “Illegal Immigration Relief Act” (IIRA) unconstitutional. I was part of the team that represented the Plaintiffs opposing the IIRA. The team included the American Civil Liberties Union, the Puerto Rican Legal Defense and Education Fund, Cozen O’Connor, Community Justice Project and David Vaida, Esq.
